Cheek.Org has not and does not and will not send unsolicted email of any type. Cheek.Org has no relationship with any direct marketing or similar organization. Cheek.Org at present has no product or merchandise to sell. Any commercial advertising claiming to be from or on behalf of Cheek.Org is fraudulent.

We at Cheek.Org promise that we will never sell your email address or any other private information to third parties or otherwise use the information in ways other than what it was intended.

Any email addresses displayed on webpages at Cheek.Org are to the best of our knowledge one or more of the following:

1. owned and/or controlled by Cheek.Org
2. displayed with permission or by request of the owner
3. in response to a request for information or contacts
4. munged, mangled, obfuscated, or otherwise rendered unreadable to harvesting robots and spiders (but not necessarily to the human eye or average web browser)

Any email sent to Cheek.Org is considered the property of Cheek.Org and may be stored, printed, re-transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used in any way deemed fit by its recipients. Polite requests not to reveal an email address or contents of an email based on privacy concerns are almost always granted. Requests containing threats or abusive language will most certainly not. (For example, don't email me threats, then claim I'm violating your privacy by reporting your threats to your ISP.)

Any email sent to Cheek.Org may receive a reply. If you do not wish a reply, do not send email. (Surprisingly, this is a problem with some people.)

Cheek.Org does link to outside websites, including vendors and advertisers. Cheek.Org has no control over the contents of these websites or their use of your personal information. While Cheek.Org does not knowingly link to any sites which send spam or otherwise misuse personal information, it is ultimately the responsibility of the individual reader to control their own information.
